Regionalized compensation method for nonlinear error control

چکیده

Although the five-axis machine tool presents excellent advantages of high-speed, -efficiency, and -precision machining complex curved surface parts (impeller blade), its actual motion demonstrates nonlinear principle error due to participation rotating axis. Traditional methods, such as linear interpolation, rotation center point (RTCP), optimization, can effectively control errors despite their limitations. A regional compensation optimization method is proposed in this study solve problems parts. First, feature points free-form are identified, regions divided distinguish algorithm each interval. Second, JAVA language applied develop a special postprocessor with partition module. Finally, BV100 used experimental platform, turbine blade utilized specimen for simulation cutting experiments. Results showed that quality contour accuracy machined improved when used.
